  • Week 1: Testing
  • Week 2-4: Back on track. GPP General Physical Preparation
  • Weeks 5-8: Endurance and strenght development Skill work
  • Weeks 9-14: Speed, Power. Pacing. Specific Race training
  • Weeks 15-16: Competition Prep Week

Model:

Mon: Active recovery. Run or ergometers. Acessory work: hang/pull.
Tue: Skill work. Obstacles. Carry. Strongman.
Wed: Running Intervals. Core Conditioning.
Thu: Sports. Obstacles Skills: Hanging. Ergometers.
Fri: Acessory work. Power and strength.
Sat: Race Prep. Mix modal workouts.
Sun: Long endurance / Trail running or OCR preparation events
