Tiago Lousa, our head coach, designs and tests most of the WODs before delivering them to CF Training Program athletes. This week, before the CrossFit Open 19 starts, Tiago is analysing maths and stats in order to enhance performance. If you are an Regional Level Athlete, you will finish this “pace setting” WOD well under the 20 minutes time cap. Just don’t go out to hard.
